Product Description

Sand bucket constructure:
Sand Bucket elevator is composed of machine cabinet, conveying chain, material hopper, driving wheel(head wheel), bend wheel(tail wheel), tensioning device, guiding device, feeding part and discharging part.

Firstly sand hopper scoops sand up from warehouse and moves up  to the top along with conveying belt and chain. Then by pass top wheel and turnover downwards, so bucket elevator throws sand to the receiver. Generally the driving belt of bucket elevator is made of rubber belt, installing on(below) the driving wheels and    bend wheels, while bucket elevator with chain generally has double horizontal driving chains where there are a pair of driving chains    and bend chain wheels on(below) the driving chain. Moreover, machine cabinet is to avoid dust.
