Product Description

Garri is the granular flakes obtained by processing the starchy tuberous roots of freshly harvested cassava. It is often called cassava flakes. To process cassava into garri, the cassava is first peeled, properly washed, grinded and then it undergoes fermentation as it is dried. After fermentation and drying for 3 days, it is sieved and fried to a low moisture level into flakes called garri.
Our garri is processed from a hybrid Pro Vitamin A cassava which is rich in Beta carotene and is essential for a healthy eye and highly needed by children.
Our garri is the best for consumption as we add palm oil to it prior to fermentation to greatly reduce its Hydrogen Cyanide content. Our garri is safe for soaking and making of eba. We also sell white garri based on demand.
We only export garri not more than 2 weeks old. Our garri is well fried therefore has a shelf life of up to *2 months when stored in a cool dried place.
Our packaging is top notch. We first package the garri with a waterproof nylon bag before putting it into a sac bag to avoid contact with water during shipment. We also package based on your choice.
