Usage:

This kind of photo luminescent ceramic glaze can be used for interior and floor tiles. The temperature can not be higher than ***0°C, and **0 °C is a best choice. We would like to suggest that you had better fire it under reducing air for *0 minutes. The details is given as below:

 **-Put the PL ceramic glaze and water (the ratio is 1:0.6~0.7) into grinding-pot, grind the glaze with water to get the glaze slurry, and then deal with the transparent glaze in the same way.

**-Screen or spray on white bare ceramic body, keep the thickness of coat more than **0um.

**-Finally screen or spray transparent ceramic glaze, checking whether there is defect in it.

**-Natural drying

**-Fire in the kiln by quick firing

Suggests:

1, Do not grind the photoluminesent ceramic glaze with metal, otherwise it will be polluted.

2, Do not add acid and nontransparent material into the glaze

3, Printing on ceramic body of heavy color will reduce the brightness of the photoluminescent ceramic glaze
