Production progress:

1. Carbonizing the coconut shell to be charcoal under the process which is usually carried out in mud-pits, brick kilns and metallic portable kilns.

2. Activating the coconut charcoal by reaction with steam at a temperature of 9*0 centigrade to ***0 centigrade under controlled atmosphere in SLEP furnace.

3.Controlling the quality by the temperature which plays an important role in the process of activation.
