Butadiene styrene vinyl-pyridine latex is the ternary polymer of butadiene, styrene and *-vinyl-pyridine (2VP). It also be shortened as butadiene vinyl-pyridine latex. It is the essential binder between rubber and framework material such as cord fabric and cord thread.  
In order to meet the needs of domestic rubber industry, we take the most advanced continuous emulsion polymerization technology and build a whole production line with capacity ****0 tons/year. Our butadiene vinyl-pyridine latex product is the same with Nipol****8Fs and VP**6 in main specification and application.Our procuts are the proper substitutes of these products. 
For we take functional monomer into the production and special latex particle nucleation polymerization technology, the high temperature resistance of the latex used in cord fabric coating is much improved, the dynamic adhesion between framework material and rubber is greatly increased so that the safety index of the tire in high-speed movement is improved. 
For its excellent chemical stability, low temperature stability and mechanical stability, it is widely used in the filed of tire, conveyer belt, cone belt and other rubber products production. 
 
Use: It is the rubber material for cord fibric in polyester fiber, nylon and glass fiber, canvas, threads, or other special uses.
Packing: The latex is packed in plastic barrels of **0L or ***0L and it also can be delivered with ISO-Tanks with customers'requirement.
Delivery: Low temperature(< 5 ℃)and sun exposure should be avoided during transportation. Please handle with care.
Storage: The products should be stored at cool dry and ventilated place. The temperature should be maintained 5 ℃**0 ℃ to prevent air and sun 
exposure.
Shelf Life: 6 months.
Safety Attention: 
1. This product is non-danger product but fire and high temperature should be avoided.
2. Alkaline product. It will irritate the skin after long time touching.
3. It has pungent odor and will irritate the eyes, nose and throat after long time operation.
4. Protective gloves, glass and suite should be necessary when handling. 
5. If the latex get into the eyes by mistake, please rinse the eyes with soft water for at least 5 minutes and then seek for medical care. 
6. If the latex contacts the skin, please wash with neutral soup. 
7. If the latex is swallowed, please drink plenty of water and seek for medical care instantly.
