Product Description

This product is a colorless, transparent and slightly odorous oily liquid with flash point of **5 ~ **6℃, boiling point of **0 ~ **0℃, freezing point of **6℃ and refractive index of 1.***5(*0℃).
Soluble in ethanol, eth er, benzene and other organic solvents, but also soluble in water, but it will gradually hydrolyze with the increase of temperature.
 

Triethyl Phosphate can be applied as flame retardant for PU and polyester resin industries.

This product has a remarkable flame retardant properties, it also has the effect of increasing the plastic, moisture, anti-static and so on. This product can be used for the flame retardant of polyurethane, polyvinyl chloride, polystyrene, phenolic resin and rubber, paint. It is usually used with the antimonous oxide together, which can improve the flame retardant efficiency of antimony trioxide.

It is widely applied in medical, pesticide, ketene, resin and hydraulic oil fields.
It can also be used as Catalyst for many chemical manufacturing. Furthermore, TEP is an excellent solvent for fluorinated ethylene, nitrocellulose and many metallic oxide agents.
