1. Description
of the Production Line
This is a complete continuous
corrugated/flat FRP sheet production line specially for
manufacturing high transparency clear or colorful FRP sheet. This
production line adopt automatic charging, batching and automatic
temperature control systems as well as automatic cutting off
system for cutting in length and width; the hauling speed is
automatic controlled which makes the production line is of
features such as high efficiency productivity, advanced
processing technology as well as easy operation etc.
To ensure quality of products,
reduce production costs, we developed a temperature control
system during the process of Forming. With Accumulation of many
years of production technology, we have accurately mastered the
temperature curve during the process of sheet forming, in
ensuring resin has the best curing temperature, and excess
reaction heat has been for recycling. That is, the final products
to ensure transparency and good surface quality and color, and
also save energy in the stage of forming system. The following is
