We supply *7% purity West African Gum Arabic (Acacia Senegal) which is natural gum harvested in Northern Nigeria within the dry season of October to June from exterior of Acacia in form of hard nodules up to *0mm in diameter, and ranging from almost colorless to brown with high viscosity. Its unique properties endow it with a wide range uses in food beverages, pharmaceutical and industrial applications. We are able to supply three grades of gum Arabic
Grade 1(Acacia Senegal)
Grade 2(Acacia Seyal)
Grade 3(Combretum)
Gum Arabic is a key ingredient in traditional lithography and is used in printing, paint production, glue, cosmetics and various industrial applications, including viscosity control in inks and in textile industries. Gum Arabic is a complex mixture of polysaccharides and glycol proteins that is used primarily in the food industry as a stabilizer. It is edible and has E number E**4.
