HF Dual Circumferential Seam Welding Lathe

Product Description

HF-dual circumferential seam welding lathe is automatic welding equipment. It can be applied for various welding process such as TIG(filler or without filler)/MIG/MAG/PAW when various welding power supply is applied. The equipment consists of mainframe, rotating headstock, retracting device, pneumatic tailstock, , torch elevating device (two sets), and 3D manual adjusting device (two sets) and KZ*-CIIautomatic welding controller. Integrated structure makes it easy to make collocation of various components and to install and dismount. The equipment is designed to weld workpieces of different materials, sizes and shapes with high quality circumferential seam. Weld joint can be butt joint, lap joint and lock joint. Workpiece such as air cylinder, fire drencher, transmission shaft, shock absorber, muffler, pipe and flange can be applied for circumferential seam welding.

Two torches are mounted on the equipment and weld at the same time.
