High quality sodium lignosulfonate for Concrete as Water Reducer

Product Introductio
Concrete water reducer (HMJ) is mainly for concrete admixture as waterreducing additive. It is low dosage , low air content  and high water reducing rate. It adapts to most kinds of cement. It can be confected as early age strength enhancer for concrete , concrete retarder , antifreeze , pumping aids etc. nearly no precipitated product in the liquid additive which is made from the sodium lignosulphonate and NaphthalinGroup highefficiency water reducer . It can lower the mixed water requirements, promote the workability of concrete admixtures and reduce formulation cost, The sodium lignosulphonate is fit for building project, dam project, thruway project etc.

Main Performance   
a. Reduce *0% of water consumption at least;   
b. improve mixture of the concrete;    
c. the pressure resistance can be improved by *5%min after **8days  
d. reduce the heat of hydration in initial stage of the cement by a large margin;    
e. There is no corrosion to concrete reinforcing bar.  

Notice    
a. Strict control is required to avoid excessive dosage;   
b. When the temperature is lower under 5 C °, common concrete projects are not suitable to use the chemical additive independently.   
c. Experiment is required to make sure the dosage before use.  

Packaging, Storage and Transportation     
a. Packing: *5kg/plastic woven bag     
b. Storage: It shall be stored in a waterproof, rainproof place to avoid agglomeration. it will not affect the using effect when it is agglomerate, smashing or dissolving. The product is harmless and can not deteriorate during long term storage. Nonflammable and nonexplosive.     
c. Transportation: avoiding sharp articles when loading or unloading. It's suitable for both truck and railway transportation without any limit of sundries traffic or containerization
