It is use for spraying antitrust oil on cold-rolled steel surface, and the oil mist on cold-rolled steel would be thin and well-proportioned. The HVSSM consists of an oil spraying room, a high voltage static generating system, an oil transfer system, an oil spraying system, a power supply system and a control system. Operating principle: The power system supply **0KV DC to the oil spraying electrode, and the static is produced between the electrode and cold-rolled steel . After many times of atomization processes, the positively charged oil mist move to the negatively charged cold-rolled steel, then the oil mist adsorbed on the cold-rolled steel.
