Product Specification

  • Other Names: feed grade enzymes
  • Type: Feed Grade Enzymes
  • Efficacy: Promote Healthy & Growth
  • Brand Name: Habio
  • power/granule/liquid:slight yellow

Product Description

The major role of Habio Xylanase is to eliminate anti-nutrient effects in animal feed and enhance the digestibility of feed, which increase the utilization of unconventional feedstuffs, reduce feed costs and improve feed efficiency.

Anti-nutrient Effects of Xylan

Arabinoxylan (AX) belongs to non-starch polysaccharide (NSP), is one kind of hemicellulose that exists in many plant feed. Based on the solubility, it can be divided into WEAX (Water-extractable Arabinoxylan, around *5%**0%) and WUAX (Water-unextractable Arabinoxylan, around *0%**5%).

1. Increasing viscosity of the chyme in gastrointestinal tract and reducing the interaction of nutrient and endogenous enzymes, thus slowing down the rate of diffusion of nutrients.

2. Augmenting the chyme moisture and increasing harmful microbial fermentation in hindgut, lowering nutrient efficiency and causing diarrhea.

3. Combining xylan with digestive enzymes (such as intestinal trypsin, lipase) and bile acid, thus reducing the activity of endogenous digestive enzymes in the animal intestinal tract, affecting digestion.

4. Nutrients (starch, protein, etc.) are enwrapped by WUAX, thus reducing the nutritional value of feed.

Product Features

1. Better thermostability than general fungal xylanase. The relative enzyme activity remains over *0% at *0°C of pelleting temperature.

2. High proportion of endo-xylanase, high efficiency of enzymolysis.

3. A broad pH range of activity, thus helping play a role in the gastrointestinal tract more effectively.

4. Complete degradation of xylan, which can be done not only in WEAX, but also in WUAX, and further release nutrients enwrapped in cell wall.

Products Function

1. Degrading xylan to xylooligosaccharide specifically, thus decreasing the chyme mucosity.

2. Balancing intestinal flora to improve animal immunity and reduce diarrhea ratio.

3. Increasing the diffusion rate of endogenous digestive enzymes and improving the nutrients digestibility.

4. Breaking down the structure of cell walls and releasing the nutrients inside, thus increasing the nutrients utilization efficiency of feed raw materials.

5. Improving and ensuring the feed quality.

6. Improving the animal production performance to increase customer profits.

Package and Storage

Sealed in paper compound bag, *5kg/bag

Store under sealed, room temperature condition for *2 months (less than *5 °C)
