HilonUprimer is a multi-functional  epoxy  paint,  which  has  excellent  abrasion  resistance  and  paint  film  flexibility.  It  also  has  good  water resistance and cathodic protection property. A universal primer which can be usedon steel alone or in combination with a variety of other coatings. As an anticorrosive primer in ballast tanks, is type approved as complying with the requirements of IMO Resolution MSC.**5 (*2).
