HM**0B Semiauto Book Cover Making Lineis composed of 3 types of small machines. They are all of quick speed, high product quality, and simple operation.

HM**0B Semiauto Book Cover Making Line's whole process is as following:

Cover paper is fed and glued automatically by the HM**0A Automatic Gluing Machine.
One operator places each piece of cardboard onto the cover paper.
This coverpaper with cardboard goes to the end of the belt and gets into the HM**0C Doubleside Folding Machine. And it gets folded with two long edges automatically. (So HM**0C is connected to the gluing belt end.)
An operator picks this hard cover up and folds the rest two short edges with HM**0.

HM**0C Glue Coating Machine

*Automatic gluing machine is suitable for feeding and gluing the paper which is for making book cover, rigid box, set up box, etc.
*It has the function of automatic feeding paper and gluing, automatic temperature control and *4hours timer.
*The draft fan under the assembly lines prevents cover paper from curling and bubbling.
*Feeder absorption and feed are applied, which contribute to the characteristic of steady and quick paper conveyance.
*Hot melt adhesives (animal adhesives) are used for health and environmental protection, and they also save cost because of the recycle system and the adjustable speeds.
*Ps:
1, Standard 5m working table; 7m, 9m working table can be customized per to the customer's need.

2. HM**0C Bookcase Doubleside Foldingin Machine
*HM**0C Bookcase Doubleside Foldingin Machine mainly used to fold two long sides of the bookcase coverpaper. The coverpaper is bended by the rolling belts while the bookcase is moving forward.
*HM**0C Doublesided Edge Folding Machine has superior quality and reasonable price, and is suitable for all book cover.
