Process Explanation -These microprocessor based
units ensures to provide protection to products and samples kept
in it, with a parallel flow of clean air through filters situated
at the rear of the cabinet. The standard HEPA filters in the
cabinets are *9.**7% efficient at 0.3 microns.
Construction Details - Our modular units are
fabricated of industrial grade wooden boards covered with mica
sheets. The inner portion of all our wooden laminar air flows is
painted with epoxy paint coating for extra long life. The Floor
standing working table is made of heavy gauge stainless steel
sheet of grade SS***4. The side panels made glass sheets are
mounted on anodized aluminum frames.
Noise Level - These ceiling mounted laminar air
flow units are designed to ensure minimum possible noise and
vibration levels.
Illumination - The fluorescent light housing is
externally mounted to provide optimum lighting into the work
area. The acrylic top and side panels allow for additional
ambient light and visibility into the work area.
