Kneader is the basic equipment of manufacturing the reclaimed rubber, it is mainly used for kneading. Its rolls are made of chilled alloy cast iron with wear resistant and hard surface and bored cavities.
Refiner is mainly used for refining, its rolls are made of chilled alloy cast iron with wear resistant and hard surface and bored cavities. The protective device is provided to protect the main parts from damage due to ouerload, the reverse current plugging system is applied to the rolls, in case of emergency, the safety rod is pulled down and the rolls will be stopped immediately. The roll gap can be adjusted conveniently by turning the handwheel. Scraper and wind-up device are also applied to the machine so u can take off the material from the wind-up roll.
The cracker is used for crack the crude rubber and the waste tire. Its features are similar to the above
