Product Description

• HLI-ACA*3 is a specially formulated acid cleaner for aluminium in soak and spray application. It simultaneously cleans and lightly etches aluminium.
• HLI-ACA*3is primarily formulated for those processors and fabricators who do not require a deep etch for their finishing process. This makes HLI-ACA*3 ideal to use as paint pre-treatment step before chromate conversion coating.
• HLI-ACA*3 contain strong surfactants so there is no need for separate degreasing. The mixed acid system of HLI-ACA*3 gives a smut free surface on commercial grades of aluminum.

  Viscosity (*5℃) :               *5 cp

  The conetration and contact time should be adjusted to obtain desired results. Typically 3% V/V concentration in spray application can be used as a guideline.
