Jesion Low-frequency
Acoustic Sheet is compounded by a wide selection of materials. It
has excellent
sound-absorbing and
thermal insulation function, and especially for low-frequency noise
generated in
a variety of
environments, it has very significant effect of noise reduction.
Comparing with ordinary s
ound-absorbing material
in this band, its effect is much better. In addition, the material
is much effec
tive in thermal
insulation performance by blocking both ends of the heat
transfer.
Jesion Low-frequency
Acoustic Sheet is made by five layers of different thickness
material.
1. The base is 3mm thick
rubber sheet (NBR) as a liner. It separates the object with other
layers in o
rder
to avoid vibration from the object.
2. Above the rubber sheet, there is a layer of *5 mil thick soft
lead sheet, which is a high-density ultr
a-low
frequency sound barrier material that can substantially attenuate
low frequency sound waves.
At the same time, the
lead layer is effective to prevent radiation. Its thickness and
softness makes it
very easy to use on
irregular and uneven surface.
3. Attached on the top of lead layer, it is a layer of 3mm thick
polyethylene foam (PEF), which is a kin
d of
high-efficiency foam with open and closed sound-absorbing cavity.
It is very much suitable for a
bsorbing
low frequency sound waves. The opening cavity is to receive
sound, and the closed cavity is
to
deplete the voice.
4. A layer of 6mm thick Polyurethane Foam (PU) is attached on the
polyethylene foam. The PU foam is
environment-friendly
material which could be degraded by itself. It has excellent
sound-absorbing fun
ction
due to its well-proportioned inner cavity structure.
5. The surface is 3 mil thick methyl urethane (PPU). Its surface
is covered with random lines and it ha
s strong
tensile properties. As cover in outside, its main function is to
protect the nether materials fo
r
extending the life cycle
of the whole material, and to reduce sound reflection and
significantly improv
e
the system of
sound-absorbing and thermal insulation performance. In addition, it
is anti-dust, whi
ch makes
the material very easy to be cleaned.
