Lubricating Agent BT***1A
1. Introduction

Lubricating Agent BT***1A is a high performance lubricating agent for plastic and dispersing agent for pigment. It has better lubricating and dispersing ability than EBS. It is white or yellowy powder with some particle shape. It is insoluble in water, alcohol, acetone and carbon tetrachloride under normal temperature, but soluble in hot halohydrocarbon. It is acid-proof, alkali-proof, and non-toxicity.

3. Application:

(1) Using in PE, PP, PVC and Polypropylene Masterbarch, the dosage is recommended as **5% and **8% for using in ABS Masterbarch. It is good for pigment dispersing and can raise brightness of surface as well as MFR of the masterbarch.

(2) Using in making PP granule, the dosage is 0.5PHR, which can reduce screw torshinal moment by *0%, increase the productity and save electric energy of production.

(3) Using in making abio filling modified PP as brightener and compatibility, the dosage can be considered between 0.**1.5PHR to raise brightness, melt index, impact strength (notched izod), flexural modulus and breaking strength of finished product.

(4) Using in the recycle ABS, PS and AS with the dosage of 1.**1.2PHR, can increase brightness and lubricity.

(5) Using in match colors of pigment, the dosage can be calculated as follows:

Reference dosage:

Inorganic Pigment / Titanium Pigment: 0.**1.0% (wt%)

Organic Pigment:                   5 - *2% (wt%)

Common Carbon black:             8 - *0% (wt%)

Carbon Black As a Pigment:         *0 - *0% (wt%)

It has special efficiency to Phthalocyanine Blue and Green, as well as Carbon Black.

(6) It can be used as brightening agent in packing film.

(7) Adding 0.3 - 0.5PHR to transparent PVC, PP and PE, can has function of Lubrication and antiadhesion.

(8) It can be used as octadecanoic acid by adding 0.5PHR to hard PVC (section bar and panel).

4. Food Contact
  BT***1A can be used in application of food contacts and is accord with byelaw from many countries, such as BGVV and FDA.
5. Packing and Storage

Every *0 kg are packed in one kraft paper bag with PE liner.
  To be stored and transported under condition of shade, cool and dry.
