  Ÿ Drop Melting Point as per customer's specification. Working Range: *****5ºC 
  
  Ÿ Viscosity as per customer's specification. Working Range: *****0 Cst at **0ºC > Compatible with Polyethylene insulation, polypropylene binders, 
      pares and all other materials used in PIJF cables 
  
  Ÿ Very low shrinkage, leaves no voids inside the cable after cooling ensuring ZERO Water Penetration Test failures 
  
  Ÿ Excellent stability at high temperatures and superior physical properties of flexibility and film strength. 
  
  

• COMPATIBILITY 
  Macogel - S is compatible with most Cable grade polymers. Tests on all commonly used materials show no reaction but it is recommended that compatibility tests are made with all polymers likely to come in contact with the gel. 
  
  

• PACKAGING 
  The materials shall be packed in **0 - **0 Kg M.S. Barrels. The Barrels will be properly sealed to ensure prevention of moisture ingress. On each barrel our Name, Batch No., Date of Manufacture along with the gross weight and net weight will be clearly mentioned. 
  
  

• HEALTH & SAFETY 
  Macogel - S is quickly and easily removable. It is free from unpleasant odour and have no toxic and dermatic hazards. It is also non-corrosive and protects corrosion of copper and other metals.
