Product Description

Medium based sulfurized calcium alkyl phenolate (T**1) is produced through the vulcanization, neutralization, hi-alkalization reaction with the main component of dodecyl-phenol. This product is used primarily with high quality engine oils and marine oil, especially for engines, which use fuel with high sulfur content. Better compatibility could be obtained by adding in ashless dispersant, anti-oxidant and corrosion inhibitor. It has excellent abilities in acid-neutralization, high-temperature detergency, and remarkable resistance to oxidation, resistance to corrosion, emulsification and oil solubility. It has preferable compatibility with sulphonate, olefine-succinmide, ZDDP, and other additives. It has notable effect in reducing carbon deposition of piston top ring groove, and it is widely used to mediate middle and high grade engine oils.
