Lakonia in south Peloponissos, has been one of the first to be announced Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) that guaranties the high level of quality of the olives as well as the typical and special scent of the oil produced.

The company complies with GMP and IFS standards and has certifications as BSI-PAS **0:***8 and FSSC ****0, some of the strictest in the world.

The unique scent and quality of the olives, grown in the privately owned fields, is transformed to one of the best existent premium extra virgin olive oil in the world.

The olives are being gathered in a non mechanical system (by hand) and are squashed in our olive press within *0 hours from the gathering and through “cold extraction” process, even 3 degrees below the accredited level of temperature. Also, the oil when it is tanked stays for about *0 days to self-filter and bring up all the particular flavours it contains without losing any of the valuable substances that are lost with chemical filtering.

Furthermore, in order to support the level of product we bottle, we use special glass bottles that certify *5% UV rays protection in order to protect the oil from further oxidization in the store under artificial or sun light.

In addition to that, the inox tanks that the oil is stored and the nitro bottle cleaning before bottling the product guaranties that the product is not coming in contact with oxygen and this way the further oxidation of the oil is suspended.

The product is guaranteed to the level that we supply an on-date chemical analysis of the olive oil bottled for each and every shipment/order.
