Specification:
Mercerizing smoothing agent is used as smoothing agent for cotton, polyester superfine denier, mercerized yarn, silk finish and so on, especially for denim washing. It is suitable for all kinds of yarns and fabrics, endows yarn and fabric with brightness, draping, elastic, fluffy, super soft, super smooth and delicate feel. Non-stick hands after drying, with water resistance and dry cleaning effect. and with silky luster after washing. It has no effect to the whiteness and color fastness of the fabric. No containing APEO, meets environmental protection requirements.
 
Application:
Suitable for fabrics with high brightness and smoothness
1. Dipping (Impregnating/Macerating): Smoothing silicone oil  2-5%; temperature  about 40 ℃; pH 4.5-6.5;  time frame： 20-30min
 
2. Padding:  Smoothing silicone oil 10-40g/L;  temperature  about 40 ℃; pH  4.5-6.5; pickup/liquid retention 70-80%; time frame： 20-30min
