Grooved gaskets consist of metal core with concentric grooves (saw teeth) covered by a layer of  a soft material in accordance to the application can be;PTFE, GRAPHITE

The metallic profile teethed allow to use the gasket in high pressure conditions of crushing with low torque.

TGCP-Camprofile gaskets consist of a metal core with concentric serrated grooves on each side and the addition of a soft layer of sealing material bonded to each face. The gaskets are the ideal product choice for standard pipeline and heat exchanger applications. They provide the highest levels of sealing integrity but with the ability to seal at sealing stresses normally associated with sheet materials. TGCP-Camprofile are able to copy with fluctuating temperatures and pressure making them the gasket of choice for heat exchanger service.
