* Circuit features can include fine pitch conductors,integrated resistors, (grounded) vias,wrap-arounds.

*The routine thickness substrates thin film circuits can be delivered in two weeks.

* Bond pull testing,Die Shear testing ,Solderability testing ,High temp. testing ;**0% visual screening.*Also provided single layer capacitors (0.*5pF to ****0pF)
