Product description
ALO is a fine-particulate, pure alumina (Al2O3) with high specific surface area and marked aggregate and agglomerate structure. Because of it high purity and low water content, the product can be used well as an additive, for heat insulation, and also as a catalyst substrate. The positive surface charge can be used to control the electrostatic charge.

Application
Powder Coatings
ALO is suitable for powder coatings applications. It can help enable superior fluidization and free flow and help reduce blocking during storage. In tribo-coating applications, ALO can improve tribo-charging while also promoting fluidization and free-flow.

Lighting
The use of ALO in fluorescent lamps can significantly improve their performance and service life. ALO is an excellent choice for this application, as it is transparent in the visible light spectrum and has high ultraviolet (UV) light reflectance and chemical stability at high temperatures.
