Silicone oil EM****0Aisanew generation amino modified silicone finishing agent for fabric with two types of aminos. It suits for after finishing of high-grade and light color textile.

Character:

 1.The microemulsion with good penetrability,particle size>0.*5mm,imparts fibrics soft and smooth handle feel.

2. Compared with tranditional hydrophobic amino silicone oil, it has better soft,improved smooth and good fluffy,the finished fabrics are no yellowing,non stick.

 3. Good stability and non stick roller,it can be suitable for softness treatment in jet over-flow dyeing machine.With high re-dyeing capability.

 4.Its good compatibility and stability of compoud with anion fluorescer and resin.

 5. Silicone softener EM****0A containing self-crosslinking activity groups, can get excellent durability and washability without heat or catalyst.

Dissolve methods:

Silicone softener EM****0A should be diluted in any proportion in water then for sell or use,temperature *0**0 ℃.

Use of technics:

(e.g. EM****0 content of *0%)

1.Padding method: EM****0 *0**5g / L, penetrant agent 0*2g / L, at room temperature.

2. Immersion method: EM****0 **3% (o.w.f), bath rate: 1:*5, ****0 ℃,****0min.

Package and storage:

Store in a cool dry place, sealed shelf life of six months, if the color of products change little,dont effect character.
