Product Description

HongyuanTM non-solidifying hot fluid-applied rubberized asphalt waterproofing coating is a high solid-content blend of rubber, modified asphalt and additives formulated through a special process to provide non-solidification, excellent ashesion, self-healing and flexibility, as well as impermeable to water and vapour.

Being paste-like at room temperature, this product must be heated before it can be applied with spray equipment or squeegee. It can not only be used alone to form a waterproofing layer (in this case, non-woven fabric or PE film is required for protection), but also function as a waterproofing adhesive to bond sheet waterproofing products (such as APP modified bitumen waterproofing membranes, SBS modified bitumen waterproofing membranes, self-adhering polymer-modified bitumen waterproofing membrane, and PE waterproofing membrane externally reinforced with PP or PET nonwoven fabric) to substrates, thus forming a composite waterproofing system.

This product is suitable for non-exposed waterproofing applications of buildings and structures including subways, tunnels, culverts, dams, water pools, road bridges, bathrooms and basements, as well as non-exposed roofing repair applications. It is superior to other waterproofing materials when it comes to special areas like deformation joints.
