1. Pre-treatment With Drying Oven : Automatic degreasing,washing ( including alkaline wash acid wash ), blowing,dryingandcooling,it's usually used for dedusting before process of sandblasting. the process of acid washing ,alkalic washing ,neutralizingcan be designed according to the requirement s of workpiece or client.

2.Sandblasting machine:We have a variety of types for client to choose, automatic , semi-automatic ,manual and the capacity can be customized according to client's requirement. the machine equip with viewing maintenance door, dust collecting device , and sand recycle device.

3. Automatic dust removal room :Use for dedusting before coating process

4. Preheating furnace : Use the heating form of direct far infrared radiation to preheat before coating process.

5.Double-layer water-curtain room (Spray Room):Use for coating spraying, equip with spray guns of imported famous brand , water- curtain is used for absorbing and cleaning the atomized paint to avoid polluting the environment and harming the health of workman.

6. Primer drying furnaceandhigh-temperature curing furnace :The two equipments are respectively used for drying primer , and curing multi-layer coating ,could be customized to meet client's requirement.

7. Supporting system:Central Control System , exhaust piping and drain piping system , waster water treatment system and environmentally friendly waste gas treatment system.

2.Sandblasting

Loading > Sandblasting >Sand removal by water washing > Blow water > Drying > Cooling > Turn workpiece

3. Coating Process

Loading > Dedust > Pre-heating > Primer spray > Drying > Sharp freezing > Printing > Drying > Spray mid and top coat > Turn workpiece > Low temperature volatilizing > High temperature sintering > Sharp Freezing > Unloading
