Oligosaccharide is derived from Chitosan which is
the deacetylated products of Chitin. Chitin is the second most
abundant natural biopolymer after cellulose. The chemical structure
of chitin is similar to that of cellulose with
*-acetamido*2deoxy-β-d-glucose（NAG)monomers
attached via β(**4)linkages.
Oligosaccharide has more chemical activity than its parent
compounds-chitin and chitosan.It is soluble in water regardless the
PH value but the degree of chemical reactions.
