CONTRACT PROCEDURE
1. Seller mandate /buyer mandate
finalized contract negotiation.
2. Seller approved and confirm to
proceed as per finalized negotiation by issuing (M.N.A.U)
3. Buyer sends to Seller an
official ICPO.
4. Seller Issues Draft Contract to
buyer, both Parties endorses the Draft Contract with necessary
amendments.
5. Buyer's bank issue swift
pre-advice of Documentary Letter of Credit to Seller’s
bank.
6. Shipment commences as per
scheduled in the Contract.
7. Seller out pays the
intermediaries involved within *8 hours upon receipt of Buyer’s
operative financial Instrument.
