PAPER ENZYME FORMULATIONS (READY TO USE):

1) Product Code - DNK: Product Code - DNK is a Cellulase / Hemicellulase enzyme complex. It selectively modifies cellulosic fibers to aid in the separation of ink and other debris from recycled papers. Laser or polymeric ink binds with the fiber so tightly that it is not possible to disperse these with conventional chemicals without damaging the fiber. Product Code – DNK allows the secondary fiber structure to loosen up, releasing the embedded ink with reduced usage of alkali and detergents. Benefits include improved pulp cleanliness, a brighter final pulp, improved machine run ability and reduced dusting while the reduction of colloidal fines improve drainage.

2) Product Code - BRF: Product Code – BRF is a Cellulase / Hemicellulase enzyme complex. It selectively modifies cellulosic fibers under the right processing conditions. It is specially designed to enhance fibrillation and achieve drainage improvement in paper making process. The fibrillation of recycled paper would result in reduction of refiner load. Thus a higher refiner throughput can be achieved. Better drainage rates would result in reduced steam consumption and increased machine run ability. In tissue paper production Product Code – BRF will give substantial increase in bulk and reduced dusting. This provides for a better absorbance and softness of tissue and overall quality enhancement of the end product. 

3) Product Code - BLC: Product Code – BLC is a Xylanase Enzyme produced by controlled fermentation of a selected stain of Aspergillus spp. It falls in the category of endo*1, *-Beta Xylanase which are the most important enzymes for hydrolysis of Xylan polymers. Product Code –BLC finds application in the Biobleaching process. Xylanase Enzymes enable a partial hydrolysis of the Hemicellulose precipitated onto pulp fiber during the alkaline cooking process. Enzymes loosen the Xylan linkages making Lignin easier to remove by bleaching chemicals. As a result of enzymatic treatment of cooked pulp, it is possible to attain higher brightness pulp using lesser chlorine or chlorine dioxide. This results in reducing chemical cost, improved fiber properties and reduction in environment pollution. Reduction of Alkaline cooking of wood pulp helps in conserving fiber. Product Code – BLC operates at a wide Temperature and pH range suitable for usage in Kraft Pulp.
