Description
Rosin Pentaerythritol Ester is pale yellow granular or flake solid, which is made from gum rosin or refined gum rosin through esterification with pentaerythritol and with the properties of high viscosity, excellent heat and aging stability, excellent polymer compatibility etc.
Properties
Soluble in aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents (petroleum gasoline, benzene, ethyl acetate, acetone), esters, ketones and chlorinated hydrocarbon.Insoluble:alcohol, propylene glycol and water.

Application
Widely used as a tackifier in adhesives industry. Mainly used in EVA hot melt adhesive, hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives, hot melt coating, ester gum, phenolic varnishes, bookbinding glue, carpenters glue, structural adhesive etc.
