Working Principle:



The motor is on top of machine, which is run by gear box to drive the main shaft. There are 3 or 4 rollers on the main shaft. They are installed in a conical inside liner, and run in revolution and rotation. The material is fed from the top. With its own weight and thrust, it turns into a material deck. Grinded by rollers again and again, it becomes powder. The products are released from the bottom. Through bucket elevator, it was sent to the powder separator. After separating, the fine powder is the final product as the coarse powder will be sent back into mill to regrind. In this case, the lifetime of the ring and the liner is much longer, because they do not touch each other.
