chemical reagent; water treatment; determination of mercury, gold,
silver and lead, reducing agent, determination of iodic acid,
copper and cadmium. Industrially phosphite is a raw material for
the manufacture of plastic stabilisers. It is also used in the
manufacture of synthetic fibres and phosphites.
