etc.When foams are produced,the amount of the additives is
variable and adjustable in a wide range.They also have good
stability during foaming.
For rigid PU foam plastics
The products are mainly used for producing PU foam plastics,and
widely used in refrigerator,refrigerated
car,freezer,heat-insulating board,coating,disinfector
cabinet,thermal pipes,construction ares etc.The made products
have low thermal conductivity factor and excellent dimensional
stability.Moreover,they are also an important raw material for
producing composite polyether.
For coating,adhesive,sealant,elastomer,chemical
grouting material
The products are the raw material of polyurethane
elastomer,coating and adhesives,which react with isocyanate to
give a chemical grouting material that has been widely used for
seepage-proofing and blocking up the loophole of
tunnel,dam,underground projects and mine-pits,as well as
foundation reinforcement.Ihey can also be used for defoaming in
other areas.
For High resilience,semi-rigid PU foam
plastics
The products,owning good reaction activity,can react with an
amount of isocyanate to give reaction injection
molding(RIM)urethane products.The cold cured and high resilient
products made of the RIM urethane,such as cushions of automobile
and traasport means,steering wheels,dash-board and handles
etc,and furniture,have good resilience,compression subsidence and
comfortable feeling.
