Construction tips:

    Base treatment

Base surface must be firm, smooth, no dust, no pollution, no cast or other

Base surface voids, holes, cracks, etc withLencaqis quick Condensing Plugging king filling wall and smooth, sharp edges and bump should be removed.

Method of application

Pour powders into matched emulsion slowly and keep stirring until the lump of solid in themixture disappear. Stop stirring for *0min and stir for 2min before use. Better to keep stirrerat the bottom of the container in case of air introduction. The mixed products should be used within 1 hour.

Paint the mixture on humid but ponding-free base uniformly with palm fibre brush.Every layer should not be constructed before previous layer is solidified and each layer should be brushed in perpendicular direction to previous layer. Wool brush is suggested for the last layer to get smoother surface. If this is a finish coat layer, it is suggested to do crosswise drawbench treatment with palm fibre brush to enhanceadhesive property.(all thickness is 1.**2mm)

Fiberglass cloth can be used in large crack or deformation joint.

High pressure spraying method is suggested in large area construction.

Notes:

To clean up base during the construction, Keep the grass-roots smooth, clean, no dirt

Must be worked on the surface with humidity, but it can't havehydrops.

Construction temperature : 5 - *5℃

construction under sun exposure should be prevented in summer

After Construction was finished *4 hours should be sprinkler maintenance **3 days

Tear after packing should be used up in a short time, should not be stored for a long time

Reference dosage

Applying for dampproof,reference dosage is1.2 kg/m2, one layer of brush work about0.7mm thick on smooth base.

Applying for waterproof, twice brushworks of 2.**3.5 kg/m2 are recommended to obtain 1.**2mm thickness. Specific amount depending on the base status.
