The shell of our polyurethane composite positive-pressure air duct is rigid, the cylinder is composed of polyurethane and multilayer frame materials, and the inner layer consists of bi-defensive cloth. Compared with traditional glass fiber reinforced plastic or metal air duct, the advantages are obvious:

• This product is suitable for blasting mining, tunneling working face ventilation protection facilities, supporting all kinds of powerful fans commonly used by mining enterprises. During the process of ventilation, resistance is small, thus ensuring the good ventilation, to avoid the problems such as gas accumulation. It plays a very important role to implement the "one ventilation and three prevention" safety work.

• Section designed, easy to extend, can be effectively combined with circulating footage. 
• Between sections, in the manner of plug-in or direct connection of iron wire with small rings, each section has two large rings for hanging, easy to install.
• Soft connection in joint and turning is available depending on the situation.
• To ensure on-site application, various air ducts with different thickness, diameter and length will be specially designed according to different rock or coal seam hardness.
