     Its applicable to watherproof works of roofing, external walls, basements,balconies,kitchens and lavatories or special buildings like granaries,civil air defence works, bridge projects.

Construction Requirement

Base-cleaning:

      Clean up the dust or other sundries on the base with spades or brooms including bonding water. With the lid off, SPU-B should be mixed uniformity before directly being put into use.

Coating the large-area:

      Coat SPU-B on the base uniformly by rubber scraper with moderate force. **3 times of base-coating is enough with every time of coating 0.7mm thick.  Second time of coating can not be carried out until the first coating is too dry to be sticky to hands. And brushing directions of different times should be perpendicular to one another.  In this way, make the base coated with designed width of film-forming.

      If necessary, added no more than *0% clean water(in terms of weight) into the coatings and blend them for over 3 minutes by motor stirrer before coating the base.

Recommended Quantity:  For film-forming of 1.**2.0mm chick,  the quantity is supposed to be  1.5kg/sq.m

Points for Attention

1)  Base is supposed to be without obvious seepage or bonding water.
       

2)  Brushing directions of different times should be perpendicular to one another. Width of the joint laps on the same layer should be ****0mm.

3)  Pay attention to the protection the waterproof layer while coating construction is approaching the edges. And the gaps between the opposite edges should be kept over **0mm.  And the surface of the edges should be cleaned up before linking them by coating.

4)  Waterproof Joints need more times of coating.         
      

5)  Dosing of SPU-B coating should be limited in case of curing and abandonment

6)  In and after the process of waterproof construction, protect it timely, guarding against artificial damage.

7)  In the process of construction,workers are supposed to be wearing protective clothing, preventing eyes or skin from being in touch with the coatings.
