Product Description

PVDF fluororesin coating is made of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) resin, acrylic resin and inorganic composite pigment, which is a kind of high-grade decorative material with strong weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance.

 
According to experiments and practice, it can play more than *0 years of super weather resistance, mainly used in aluminum alloy profiles, aluminum doors and Windows, aluminum curtain wall and other products.

Fluorocarbon powder coating is made of fluorine resin mixed with super weather resistant polyester and inorganic ceramic pigment through special processing. It solves the adhesion problem of the aluminum alloy surface, so that it has excellent weather resistance, corrosion resistance and good mechanical properties, and its performance fully meets or exceeds the AAMA***4 standard.
 
Because fluorocarbon powder coating is a thermosetting powder coating, compared with PVDF fluorocarbon powder coating, it can be transferred to wood grain, so that it has a wider range of applications.
