Introduction of Activated Bleaching
Clay
Our
product Activated Bleaching Clay is clay of bentonite
origin, it is chemically inert and non-toxic, odorless. We got
Activated Bleaching Clay after bentonite has been
processed with acid activation(usually hydrochloric acid and
sulfuric acid), the adsorption properties are considerably
improved. Activated Bleaching Clay can be reactivated by
heating it to get it to release the substances it has adsorbed,
allowing people to reuse
it.
Application of Activated Bleaching
Clay
1.Activated
bleaching clay can be used to decolorize and refine the
edible oil,such as the
harmful pigment,aflatoxin, phospholipids,saponin,resin
cotton acid,making become the high-class edible
oil.
2.Activated
bleaching clay can be use for industrial oil for bleaching of
refined animal and vegetable oils.
3.In the oil
industry for oil,paraffin oil,white oil,lubricating
oil,veselline,kerosene and other refined minerals decolorization
and purification.
4.Use for
industrial waste oil recycling(such as machine oil,lubricants and
other mineral oil)
5.Resin
purification and trona
decolorization.
6.Polyether
decolorization & purification.
7.In the food
industry,as monosodium glutamate,vitamins,wine and sugar juice
clarifying agent,beer stability treatment,saccharification
processing,juice purification.
8.Separation of
aromatics and olefins in paraffin,petroleum cracking,hydrocarbon
alkene polymerization catalyst.
Packing,Storage & Handling of Activated
Bleaching Clay
Packing
:
To avoid loss of
activity, moisture proof plastic woven bags with polyethylene
liner each containing *5 kg material are used for packing.Bags
may also be composite paper bag if required. Higher quantity
packing like ***0 kg jumbo bags can be offered on special
request.
Storage
:
It is essential to
store the product in a dry place to avoid moisture absorption
which can reduce bleaching efficiency.
Handling
:
Handling with care
when loading & unloading to prevent any damage on the inner
bag.Normal handling has no effect on skin.
