Product Description


PTFE (Teflon) Adhesive Tape is made of skived PTFE(Teflon) film, with a high temperature pressure-sensitive silicone or acrylic adhesive backing for easy positioning and adhesion. It has two types: one has lining, the other hasn't. While this material lacks the dimensional stability and abrasion resistance of other Fiberglass products, it offers unique advantages.
Its advantages:

Exceptional flexibility and conformity to irregular surfaces
High elongation properties 
Can be elongated up to **0% of its original size
Operational stability from **6° to ***0°F (**0° to ***0°C) with a silicone adhesive, from **6° to ***5°F (**0° to **5°C) with a acrylic adhesive.
Excellent chemical resistance
Low friction       

This tape has received wide acceptance in both military and industrial applications, it excels as a wire wrap and insulation tape for high dielectric and high temperature applications, it is also ideal for use as a tank liner and for the lining of molds.
