description:
Nalstane sports runway PU
materials is fully MDI based polyurethane adhesive and PPG
copolymers, all parts passed SGS test of non-heavy metal and
Non-VOC contamination. It can be on-site casting to form
running track and field together with rubber particles and
EPDMparticles, which are
multi layers and imparts strong but flexible structure, endurable
color refreshing, and long time utilization. The installation
thickness is usually 9 or *3 MM(up to IAAF standard).

1, priming coat: Rolling primer
coating onto concrete or asphalt substrate, to improve substrate
adhesion
2, intermediate elastic layer: Mix
Nalstane Runway Coating together with EPDM particles by the ratio
*0:3, install these mixing material onto construct with thickness
*0mm or required.
3, Surface coat: spray Nalstane
Self-textured runway surface coating onto intermediate elastic
layers.
Mixed PU Runway with EPDM
Particles for Skid-proofing
1, priming coat: Rolling primer
coating onto concrete or asphalt substrate, to improve substrate
adhesion
2, intermediate elastic layer: Mix
Nalstane Runway Coating together with EPDM particles by the ratio
*0:3, install these mixing material onto construct with thickness
*0mm or required.
3, Surface coat: Mixing the
Nalstane Runway Surface Coating and EPDM rubber particles with
ratio *0:3, and spray onto intermediate elastic layers, splash
EPDM particles onto the fresh coating immediately, after fully
curing, clean away free particles.
Composite PU Runway
1, priming coat: Rolling primer
coating onto concrete or asphalt substrate, to improve substrate
adhesion
2, intermediate elastic layer: Mix
Nalstane Runway Coating together with EPDM powders by the ratio
1:2, install these mixing material onto construct with thickness
*0mm or required.
3, Surface coat: Mixing the
Nalstane Runway Surface Coating and EPDM rubber particles with
ratio 1:1, and spray onto intermediate elastic layers.
Breathable PU Runway
1, priming coat: Rolling primer
coating onto concrete or asphalt substrate, to improve substrate
adhesion
2, intermediate elastic layer: Mix
Nalstane Runway Binder together with rubber particles by the
ratio 1:**8, install these mixing material onto construct with
thickness *0mm or required.
3, Surface coat: Mixing the
Nalstane Runway Surface Coating and EPDM rubber particles with
ratio 1:1, and spray onto intermediate elastic layers.
