Huayu PU/AL foil sandwich panel is manufactured using a one-pass continuous process in a fully automated production line. The finished product is a polyurethane foam board sandwiched between 2 layers of textured aluminum foils, with a special electric-heating process to ensure better bonding between the layers. The facing aluminum foil is treated with anti - oxidation process and is corrosion resistant. The foam is applied using a high pressure foaming system with a comb sprayer to ensure even density and fine foam structure in the finished products, thus achieving uniformity in insulating property, and mechanical strength throughout the entire board.
