Product Description: PVC Foam Modifier YFG***0 is a kind of multi-layer structure of ultra-high molecular polymer, which was investigated by our company. It's made of acrylate monomer by emulsion polymerization and is widely used in low-foamed PVC extrusion products. YFG***0 evaluated by Jiangxi Science and Technology Commission fill the grap of similar products in the country, and its indicators have reached the international standard. There are three purposes for filling the foaming regulators into PVC foaming products: • the first one is to promote the plastication of PVC; • the second one is to increase the melt strength of PVC so as to prevent from bubble amalgamation for obtaining even foaming products; • the third one is to ensure perfect flow of melt for obtaining good appearance of the products.
