High frequency(Radio frequency) curved plywood press apply high freqency generator to hydraulic press, by mould and electrod, it transfer the High frequency power to the work piece to achive the function of fast gluing and forming. High frequency(radio frequency) press is suitable for: bent plywood chair, bent or arc plywood for the furniture or bed or other bent plywood products like close hanger or surface of musical instrument.

1 Character of High frequency heating press:

1) Fast and uniformly heating

2) Bending shape is stable, not easy to change delamination

3) High freqency power is a selectively heating power, it concentrate only on water or glue, wood not consump HF power, so HF heating is effective and power saveing

4) Wooden or MDF mould used, much economic than metal mould
