High frequency dryer applies both high frequency and vacuum condition.

1 CHARACTER:

High frequency heating: high frequency power acts only on the mositure of the wood, it penetrate the wood and where there is water or moisture, there is high frequency power.

So it drying:

1)      fast

2)      unifrom heating

Vacuum condition:

1)      At vacuum condition, the water is vapor at very low temperature, so this eliminate the problem of sparking or spliting problem for hard wood, especially for the type of extremly hard wood that likely to spark if drying temperature is too high.

2)      Further more, vacuum condtion creat a minus pressure in the tank, this minus pressure suck the water or moisture out of the wood fastly

2Saga’s high frequency dryer is plc automatically controlled , high frequency and vacuum pump is start and puse automatically during drying, water come out of the wood is automatically released by water control system to a water holding tank. Weight calculating system get the data of weight change of the wood, by this, the moisture content with-in the wood is readable.
