Product Description

Printing Substrate

1.LDPE,HDPE ,OPP ,CPP ≥*8 dyne

2.PET ,NY, PVC soft film etc.(The surface printing ink can print these substrate directly without other processing and will get an excellent adhesion.

3.Aluminum laminated films(PET ,OPP &PE),pearl film.

 Product Properties

1.Good stability, there will be no phenomena of layer, fading or paste in later period of storage or use.

2.Good tolerance scope for different rations of thinners.

3.Good solvent releasing property, little odor and low remnants for printed products.

4.Good comprehensive properties of luster, smoothness and conglutination resistance and superficial screen transfer.

Operation Outline

1.Mixing ink while adding thinners may avoid concentration of pigment and enlarging of fine particles due to partial over-thin.

2.Application of recyclable ink supply device may prevent ink from peel formation of ink and keep color phase stable.

3.Adding ink for many times with small quantity can increase stability of ink.

4.Check fineness before using old ink filtered by ***-eye sand screen. Old ink accounting for *0% to *0% may be added into new ink.

Special Instruction

1.Low molecule additives in base material or ink may take pigment particles to move towards the surface. Rubbing with tissue may result in fading. Such case will be more obvious in large area print. We suggest users use light covering oil or special ink

2.In case of incomplete color coverage when adding color to normal white,users may use special bottom white .

3.For light blue ink or light purple ink, nail spot may occur in high-speed printing. Application of ink driving roller may obviously avoid such problems.

4.If packing material includes oil or other volatilized chemical components, it may soften ink layer, anti-viscosity phenomenon may occur.

5.Slow dry agent can be used and hot wind can be supplied in printing with wet weather, which may prevent black color from fogging.

6.Coherence fastness or smoothness may be not enough in printing on OPP film, we suggest users use ZXA*9 series ink.

7.When ink mixing oil used as gold varnish, anti-viscosity or smelling phenomena may occur. Special gold varnish ZXA*****2 should be used.

Safety and Storage

 Because of the resin's characteristic,the ink is in a plastic frozen states,this is norm phenomenon,and will rehabilitate in normal temperature and don't affect the ink's quality.Our ink isn't recommend to use the same package with the oil.
