II Design Characteristics :
This iron separator uses forced blower motor for cooling, which is simple and easy to operate. The iron separators are ideal for production lines with large grain size matter, little dust but more iron content.
 It uses pancake coils; this increases the air passage and increases the contact area of air in the coils, making the effect of air cooling better.
 Use of axial flow motors increases the wind pressure, air volume and ensures effect air cooling.
The control cabinet uses interlocking mechanism. After the blower motor starts working, the iron separator begins to work. If the motor fails to work, the iron separator cuts off excitation, stops and gives alarm.

It is used in coal, mining, steel, chemicals, building materials, electricity and other industries to remove ferromagnetic material from dry coal, coke, limestone, gravel and other loose materials.
