II Design Characteristics:
1. RCDY-J series Suspension Assembly Recycling-type Iron separator is a new iron separating equipment which is developed for steel plant, pier and other industries to recycle the ferromagnetic ore during separating
Irons, it integrates attracting iron, separating iron ore, collecting ore and discharging iron, these activities are separated in terms of space during the process but can constantly work on in terms of time. The production work will not be suspended despite of iron discharging; Also, it can realize the purpose of program control, automatic work by means of linking the belt conveyor. If it is used with metal detector, it will shorten the iron discharging time, so that it can improve the working efficiency. The magnetic iron separator structure is simple, safe, reliable and easy for maintenance. Meanwhile, some parts are adopted with permanent magnetic structure, so it has the advantages of energy conservation and consumption reduction, which greatly save a lot of maintenance cost.

2. The magnetic iron separator consists of host machine, control cabinet and other components, and it can be applied with metal detector, the distance between magnetic iron separator and metal detector is determined by the speed of materials conveyor, it usually needs ***0 seconds, in this way electromagnetic iron separator can exert its utmost effect on attracting irons
3: Host machine consists of attraction part, transitional part, separation part, de-ironing part, suspension components and iron discharging parts
4. Attraction part is made of electromagnet, while transitional part, separation part, and de-ironing part are made of permanent magnet.

III Product applications:
It is widely used in steel, metallurgy, coal, mining, cement, port, power and other industries. It is usually applied with metal detector, and it can separate the steel parts during the process of transferring ore and other bulk solid magnetic material to avoid tear of the material conveyor belt and damage of the post-procedure equipment.
